摘　　要：以独立学院的概念和特点为切入点,阐述了甘肃省独立学院发展现状,剖析了甘肃独立学院在发展中存在的问题和面临的困境,从政府、申办高校和独立学院自身三个角度提出了促进甘肃独立学院持续健康发展的具体对策。Starting from the concept and features of independent colleges and based upon the status quo of the independent colleges in Gansu Province, the paper insects the existing problems and the predicament in the development of the independent colleges in Gansu Province, and presents specific measures to promote the sustainable and sound development of the independent colleges from the three levels of the government, the applicant university and the independent college.
