摘  要:目的:探讨对儿童肛门损伤重建括约肌进行短期生物反馈训练后括约肌电位变化和疗效观察。方法:采用CTD-SYNECTICS公司生产的生物反馈训练仪、在肌电信号反馈及操作者的语言反馈指导下,对7例括约肌广泛损伤行股薄肌移植外括约肌替代手术的儿童进行肛门功能康复训练。结果:经过平均6次的生物反馈训练,其疗效与移植肌电位整体水平的平均值、收缩电位平均值变化有显著相关性,上述电位值呈升高趋势者生物反馈训练疗效好。结论:外括约肌广泛损伤行股薄肌移植替代手术的患儿经短期生物反馈训练,能够使外括约肌收缩电位得到显著提高,从而使外括约肌电位整体水平的平均值得到显著提高,但静息电位的升高需要一个长期的训练过程。Objective :To study the effects of short term biofeedback training on the voltage changes of reconstructed EAS (external anal sphincter) for children suffering from anal injuries. Methods: Using the products of CTD company-biofeedback machine (PC POLYGRAM), with the help of the muscle electronic signals and language feedback of the operator, seven children suffering from complete injury of EAS who were treated with graciloplasty fulfilled the functional rehabilitation of the pelvic muscles and EAS. Results: With a mean number of six sessions of biofeedback, the effects of biofeedback training showed significance with the elevation of the mean value of EAS integrated voltage and that of the squeezing voltage. Conclusion: For the children with EAS injury treated with graciloplasty, through short period training of biofeedback, the elevation of squeezing voltage followed by the integrated voltage can be obtained, While it will be a long time to get the elevation of relaxing voltage.
