摘　　要：我国清洁可再生能源的资源总量丰富,开发利用率却很低。如果从“十一五”始,能进一步加快水电、风电、核电、生物质能发电及其他清洁可再生能源的开发利用,经过二三十年的努力,中国电源的组成,至少在装机容量上有可能调整到以清洁可再生能源为主、多种电源优化配置的更为科学合理的电源结构。The gross of the clean and reusable resources are rich in our country, but the exploitation extent is low. If it can be sped up on the exploitation of hydropower, wind power, nucleus power, biology power and other clean-reusable resources from the 1 lth five-year, through twenty to thirty years struggle, the power supply construction can be adjusted as that the clean and reusable resources will be the main, at least in the installing capacity, and the optimizing collocation of the various power supply will be more scientific and rational.
