手术病人腓总神经损伤的原因分析及预防措施

摘　　要：分析手术病人腓总神经损伤的原因主要是膝关节长时间外旋、外展或局部压迫所致,其次为心脏手术体外循环过程中的低温、低流量灌注和微血栓引起神经细胞缺血变性。提示加强手术病人围手术期的管理,可以避免腓总神经损伤,及时发现、早期诊断与治疗可避免腓总神经永久性损伤。It analyzed that the main causes of common peroneal nerve injury of operative patient may be knee joint extorsion and abduction for a long time caused common peroneal nerve injury or local oppression; and hypothermia, low flow perfusion, and microthrombsis caused ischemia and degeneration of nerve cell were in the second place. It suggested that to strengthen peri - operative management of patients may avoid common peroneal nerve injury. And to find out in time, to make diagnosis and to give treatment early may avoid permanent injury of common peroneal nerve.
