摘　　要：温度是影响半导体激光器特性的重要因素,对半导体激光器温度特性测试有重要的意义。本装置抛开传统的恒温测量方法,采用自动改变温度,并在不同温度下记录激光器的特性参数的方法测试半导体激光器的温度特性。在实验中得到良好的效果,给实验过程带来很大的方便。Temperature characteristics are essential factors the characteristics. This apparatus uses the method of auto for laser diodes （LD）. It is important to test - changing temperature of LD and records the parameters of temperature characteristics instead of constant temperature testing. The effects shows that it works well. It is very convenient for the whole testing process.
