摘 要:针对系统地开展道路交通安全研究和评价所面临的信息综合检测问题,分析了对人、车、路、环境四要素开展同步的综合信息检测的实际需求,综合比较和探讨了四要素现有的检测技术及其在综合检测系统中的适用性,提出了道路交通安全综合检测系统,并对其框架进行了设计和初步开发。实际应用表明,该系统能够满足交通安全信息的检测要求,为我国道路交通安全研究和评价的综合信息检测提供了可行方案。In order to solve the integrated information detection problem during traffic safety researching and evaluating systematically, an integrated detection system for road traffic safety was designed and developed. The actual demands and detection technologies of synchronous and integrated information detection of the four factors of human, vehicle, road and environment were analyzed. And then the framework of the system was designed and primarily developed. The experimental results indicated that the primary system could fit the detection demand and provided a usable prototype for further development and upgrade of the system. And the design of the integrated detection system provided a feasible resolution for integrated information detection in traffic safety research and evaluation.
