摘 要:采用两种胶凝材料混合使用的方法,研究了一种HP复合型尾矿胶结剂。对不同浓度、不同种类、不同粒度的矿山尾矿进行胶结实验,并测定了胶结块3d、7d、28d、56d的抗压强度。通过对胶结块的强度和胶结剂材料成本的综合分析来确定新型复合胶凝材料的最佳配比和使用方法。实验表明:料浆含水量对胶结剂的配比无影响;骨料种类对胶结剂配比的影响实际上为骨料粒度对胶结剂配比的影响。A new compound binding agent for mine tailings is studied by mixing high-water material and the Portland cement in the paper. The cementation experiments with different concentrations, different types and different sizes of mine tailings are conducted. The compressive strength of agglomerative mine tailings in 3 days, 7 days, 28 days and 56 days are measured. The optimal mixture ratio and application method of a new compound binding agent can be determined by synthetically analyzing the compressive strengths and costs of agglomerative materials. The results show that the water content in tailings has no influence on mixture ratio of binding agents, while the influence of aggregate types is actually the same as one of aggregate size on mixture ratio of binding agents.
