摘　　要：本文从时间的角度阐释可持续发展的历史演进和历史地位,从空间的角度解析可持续发展的本土化特征,并探讨了新中国历届领导在推动中国实施可持续发展进程中所作出的独创性贡献,力求对当前科学认识和落实资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设提供一定的借鉴作用。This article explains the history evolvement and the history position of sustainable development from the angle of time, and resolves the localization characteristic of the sustainable development from the angle of the space, discusses the unique contribution made by the successive Chinese leaders in the process of pushing and actualizing the China sustainable development, strives to know the current science and provides the definite use for reference on establishing the society with thrift energy and friendly environment.
