摘　　要：本文在系统分析河北省对外开放不足的原因的基础上,结合河北省实际,提出加快产业结构优化,充分发挥环京津的区位优势,加快开发区和港口建设,以及优化投资环境等对策,促进河北省对外开放。On the basis of analyzing the causes of less opening to outside world in Hebei Province and in the light of the reality of Hebei, the paper puts forward countermeasures that the optimization of industrial structure should be speeded up, that the regional advantages around Beijing and Tianjin should be brought into full play, that the construction of harbours and the development zones should be quickened and that the envestment invironment should be optimized to promote the opening to the outside world in Hebei.
