摘　　要：社会建党是马克思主义革命党在社会革命时代为完成党的社会革命的历史使命而进行的执政党建设的新形式,实质是党适应社会革命时代的社会主义建设这一时代主题和历史使命而进行的执政党的先进性建设、执政能力建设和组织结构建设。社会建党的信仰重建主要是重新确立科学的马克思主义观和社会主义观,重新确立共产党在执政形势下的全心全意为人民的解放事业和根本利益而奋斗的根本宗旨。As a new form of ruling party construction, social construction of party is essentially an advanced construction of the ruling and orgnizing competence of a ruling party in accordance with the socalist construction and historical mission in an age of social revolution. Therefore, restoring faith in social construction of party requires both scientific views on Maxism and socialism and great efforts in fighting for people＇s liberation and their interests.
