How to attract international contributions for sci-tech journals in China

摘　　要：以《亚洲男科学杂志》获得国际稿源(70%以上)的经验为主线,分析目前国内英文版科技期刊稿源国际化的现状。提出了有效获取国际稿源的思路,包括:主编无可替代,充分调动国际编委;全方位培养编辑人才,引进和借助优秀人才;重视主动约稿;组织和参加国际性会议;充分利用和整合资源,提供金牌服务;充分利用现代化办公条件;舍得花钱送期刊;打开国际发行渠道。This article mainly introduces how Asian Journal of Andrology （AJA） to attract the international contributions and analyzes the actual state of the international contributions of sci-tech journals （in English ） in China. The authors put forward eight effective ideas for attracting the international contributions, including： 1 ） the editor-in-chief can not be substitute and should take full advantage of the editorial board; 2 ） culturing the persons with ability of editing and managing, engaging or recurring to the elitists; 3） paying attention to soliciting contributions actively; 4） holding or participating the international meetings; 5 ） exploiting the existent resources and providing the golden service; 6） make the best of modem working software; 7 ） be willing to give the printed journals free of charge; 8 ） increasing the oversea circulation.
