摘　　要：为了提高高校学报的质量,提升高校学报编辑的竞争力,就高校学报编辑应具备创新意识等6种意识进行阐述与探讨。To improve the quality of university journals and advance the competitive ability, this paper sets forth and probes into six kinds of consciousness the editors should have such as making innovations etc.
