摘　　要：通过对厦门“代业主制”发展基本情况的介绍,总结了代业主制的成效,深入探讨了厦门实行项目代业主制以来,需要进一步研究和解决的问题,并提出了有利于代业主制发展的一些建议,以降低工程成本、提高经济效益。Through the introduces of the develop of ＇the system of cover for owner＇ in Xiamen,it sums up the effect of the system of cover for owner,discusses the problems needed further research and solve in carrying out the system of cover for owner in Xiamen,and puts forward some advices that good for the develop of the system of cover for owner,to decrease the projects costs and increase the economic benefits.
