摘  要:简介了甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)的生产方法。对以丙酮和氢为原料合成MIBK的工艺进行了研究,考察了反应相态、进料方式、温度、压力、空速、氢/酮比等因素对反应的影响,同时确定了最佳反应条件。在此条件下,丙酮的转化率为30%~35%,MIBK的选择性可达94%~95%。此工艺的中试和工业化结果均重复了小试结果。The production methods of methyl isobutyl ketone were introduced in brief. The synthetic technology of methyl isobutyl ketone starting with acetone and hydrogen were studied. The factors influencing on the reaction conditions, such as reaction phase, feeding mode, temperature, pressure, space velocity, volume ratio of hydrogen to acetone and so on were investigated. Meanwhile, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. Based on these conditions, the conversion of acetone was 30%- 35% , selectivity of methyl isobutyl ketone reached 94% - 95%. And the results obtained from pilot plant and industrialized scale duplicated the results gained in bench scale test.
