摘 要:本文研究了适用于小体积试样分析的循环雾化系统性能。可使1mL溶液连续稳定喷雾20分钟;未发现有浓缩效应;用较大的输入功率抑制了基体效应;用喷洗方法克服了稀释效应和记忆效应。该系统可用于唾液中微量Al、Ba、Be、Cr、Cu、Mn、Ni、P、Sr和V等元素的分析,得到了较满意的结果。The properties of a recycling nebulization system for small sample volumes in ICP-AES is investigated. It is found that when 1.00 mL of sample solution is introduced into the recycling nebulizing system, the total nebulization time for a stable emission signal was 20min. During that period the concentration effect was not appeared, the matrix effect was suppressed with higher input power, and the dilution and memory effect are overcome by flushing. The recycling nebulization system has been applied to the analysis of Al,Ba, Be,Cr,Cu,Mn,Ni,P,Sr and V in saliva samples with satisfactory results.
