摘　　要：转变经济增长方式,根本上依赖于经济体制模式和发展模式的转变。论述了陕西经济增长方武转变必须以增长模式与政府职能转变为基础,以优势产业和优势区域为依托,以塑造新的产业格局为目标,推进产业结构优化和升级,走新型工业化道路,才能把经济社会发展切实转入全面协调可持续发展的轨道上来。The change of economic growth mode basically depends on the change economic system mode and development mode. The change of economic growth mode in Shaanxi province should base on the change of growth mode and governmental functions, depend on the superiority industry and superiority district, take the goal of molding new industrial mode. It should advance the optimization and the promotion of industrial structure, take the way of new industrialization path, then the development of economic society would be transformed to the path of comprehensive coordinate sustainable development.
