水分对SF_6电气设备的影响和湿度测量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过分析SF_6气体绝缘设备中水分的状态和影响气体湿度测量的因素,说明了温度是影响SF_6湿度的主要因素,测试仪器及被测设备的状态也会对测试结果产生影响;在应用SF_6气体湿度标准时,相应的校正是必要的。Through analyzing the moisture state in SF6 gas-insulated equipment and affecting factors for measuring the humidity of gas, it shows that the temperature is a main affecting factor of humidity in SF6. The testing instrument and the state of measured equipment have also influence upon the tested results. Thus, in the event of using humidity standard in SF6 gas, corresponding correction is necessary.
