摘　　要：通过对西安供电局办公自动化系统开发过程中的平台选择、系统规划、功能设计、开发调研、软件编制等工作的设计和实现,实现了电力企业办公自动化、企业内部工作流和信息流的结合,探讨了利用新兴技术提高企业工作效率、降低工作成本、提高企业办公管理水平的可行性。Through design and implementation of works, such as platform choosing, system planning, function design, development investigation and software compilation during the development of office automation system in Xi＇an Power Supply Bureau, the office automation of electric power enterprises and the combination of the workflow and the information flow in enterprises have been realized, and the feasibility of enhancing the working efficiency, reducing the costs and improving the management level of enterprises are discussed.
