摘  要:本文旨在研究半胱胺盐酸盐对高温季节奶牛产奶性能的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机理。试验选用30头泌乳中期荷斯坦牛,多胎,年单产约7500kg。根据试验前1周平均产奶量将牛群配对分组,随机分为对照(n=15)和半胱胺盐酸盐处理(n=15)2个组。试验期内牛舍平均气温高于27℃,温湿指数(THI)值高于79,形成严重热应激环境;两组奶牛采食同等水平日粮,试验组给予30g/d包被的半胱胺盐酸盐(含量30%)。结果显示:与对照相比,半胱胺盐酸盐提高平均产奶量17.1%(P<0.05)、增加平均乳脂率12.6%(P<0.05);血清中T3、T4水平分别降低18.9%(P<0.05)和13.1%(0.05<P<0.15)。研究结果表明半胱胺盐酸盐能够减缓高温季节高产奶牛产奶量的下降,改善乳品质,提高奶牛生产性能。This study determined the effects of Cysteamine on performance of cow during hot summer and discussed the possible mechanism. Thirty Holstein dairy cows at mid-lactation were allocated into Control (n=15) and Lactonin (containing 30% of cysteamine) treated groups (LT), based on milk yield prior to the experiment. The cows in LT obtained a higher yield of fat corrected milk (3.5% FCM,21.2 ±0. 6 vs 18. 1 ± 0.9 kg/d, P〈0. 05) than that in Control. And the percentage of milk fat was increased by 12.6% (P〈0.05) in LT. These increasment were companied with decline of T3 by 18.9 % (P〈 0. 05) and T4 by 13.1% (0. 05〈P〈0. 15). Summarily,in hot summer Lactonin improved milk yield of dairy cow. It was associated with Lactonin-dependent alteration of plasma T3 and T4.
