玉丹荣心丸治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染气阴两虚型的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察玉丹荣心丸治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染气阴两虚型的临床疗效,探讨其对IgG、IgA和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的作用。方法将符合诊断标准的100例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组在对照组(常规综合治疗)基础上加服玉丹荣心丸连续8周,随访6个月进行疗效评价。结果临床总有效率治疗组为90%,对照组为72%,中医证候总有效率治疗组为96%,对照组为70%,差异均有非常显著性意义。治疗后治疗组IgG、IgA改善与治疗前比较,且与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有显著性意义。结论玉丹荣心丸治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染非急性发作期气阴两虚型,可减少呼吸道感染次数,改善症状、增加体重,并具有一定提高机体IgG、IgA和恢复CK-MB的作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yudanrongxin Pills on child recurrent respiratory infection in syndrome type of qi and yin deficiency, and on IgG, IgA and creatine kinase isoenzyme. Method The child patients （n=100）, accorded with the diagnosis, were randomly divided into two groups （each n=50）. The treatment group was given Yudanrongxin Pills for 8 weeks besides the routine synthetic treatment （used in the control group ）and followed up for 6 months and the curative effect was evaluated. Result The total clinic effective rate was 90 % in the treatment group and 72 % in the control group. The total effective rate of TCM syndrome manifestations was 96 % in the treatment group and 70 % in the control group. The differences were all greatly significant. After the treatment the changes of IgG and IgA in the treatment group, compared with those before the treatment and in the control group after the treatment, were greatly significant. Conclusion Yudanrongxin Pills, for treating child recurrent respiratory infection in syndrome type of qi and yin deficiency in non-acute seizure phase, can induce respiratory infection times, relieve the symptoms, increase weight and the levels of IgG and IgA, and recover the function of creatine kinase isoenzyme.
