摘　　要：目的支气管胸膜瘘是肺切除术后严重的并发症，该文针对这一并发症的预防总结相关经验，从而提高治疗水平。方法总结自2000年1月至2005年10月326例肺切除患者的围手术期处理方法和经验。结果全组未发生支气管胸膜瘘并发症。结论综合的支气管残端处理和完善的术前准备及正确的术后处理是预防支气管胸膜瘘的关键。Objective To summarize the expierence on this particular coplication to improve the prevention and treatment. Methods From Febuary 2000 to October 2005,326 cases of pulmonary resections performed in our department were analyzed about the method and expierece of their treatment. Results No patients developed the complication of bronchopleural fistula. Conclusion The key factors in preventing bronchopleural fistula include gentle techniques in disposing the bronchial stump and perfect preparation for operation and precise disposal after operation.
