卵巢穿刺配合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声介导下卵巢穿刺配合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征（LUFS）倾向合并卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）的临床疗效。方法12例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者，经促排卵治疗后优势9日泡持续不排卵（LUFS倾向）合并OHSS，采用超声介导下卵巢穿刺术诱导排卵，并在卵巢出现中度过度刺激时加服桂枝茯苓胶囊。结果1例于穿刺术当月妊娠，3例持续桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗1个月后自然妊娠，1例经氯米芬促排卵治疗停药1个月后自然妊娠；12例患者OHSS均控制在中度范围。结论LUFS倾向合并OHSS患者采用超声介导下卵巢穿刺配合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗，能有效地改善排卵障碍、提高妊娠率，并有效地控制了OHSS的发展。Objective To investigate the feasibility of ameliorating ovulation and improving preg-nancy rate by ultrasound-mediated follicle puncture combined with Guizhifuling capsule for lutei-nized unrupture follicle syndrome（LUFS） complicated by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome（OHSS）. Methods Three cases of polycystic ovary syndrome who suffered from LUFS comp-licated by OHSS after induced ovulation were treated by ultrasound-mediated follicle puncture to promote ovulation and combined with Guizhifuling capsule if intermediate. OHSS occurred. Results One case got pregnancy after ultrasound-mediated follicle puncture in one month, three cases got pregnancy after receiving Guizhifuling capsule for one month and one case got pregnancy one month after treatment with Clomiphene. OHSS were controlled in all cases. Conclusion The treatment of ultrasound-mediated follicle puncture combined with Guizhifuling capsule for patients with LUFS complicated by OHSS can effectively ameliorate ovulation failure,improve pregnancy rate and draw off OHSS.
