碳化钨和硬质合金中总碳、化合碳及游离碳测定方法研究

摘　　要：本文提出了测定碳化钨和硬质合金中总碳、化合碳及游离碳的新方法。总碳测定,以钨锡粒为助熔剂,与试样重量比大于10∶1,可获得较好的分析结果。游离碳测定,以混合酸溶样,新型过滤器过滤分离,燃烧法测定效果最佳。A method for determination of total carbon, combined carbon and free carbon in tungsten carbides and cemented carbides is proposed. Tungsten-tin mixture pellets is used as flux to the determine total carbon. Ratio of the flux to the sample is greater than 10:1. It needs shorter analysis time and improves analytical results. For determination of free carbon,the samples are decomposed by using nitric and hydrofluoric acids(1+1), filtered and followed by determination of free carbon using combustion method. The results obtained are in good agreement with given value.
