摘　　要：随着我国政府加强对商业贿赂的打击力度,商业贿赂的手段不断翻新。用规避“账外暗中”的方式以逃避法律制裁,是其中之一。我国要加快反腐倡廉的进程和提高反商业贿赂的质量,单位受贿罪中的“账外暗中”方式应予以取消。Along with the increase of the striking dynamism of our government to the commercial bribery, the new means of the commercial bribery appeared unceasingly. In order to evade legal sanction, they adopt the way of evading give kickbacks in secret out of the account is one of them. We should accelerate the process of combat corruption and build a clean government and improve the quality of oppose the commercial bribery, the way of give kickbacks in secret out of the account in the crime of bribe taking by a unit ought to cancel.
