摘　　要：石油安全是指外部石油资源供应安全问题。中国石油产量增幅不足,消费量剧增使得石油供求缺口日益增大,出现了石油安全问题。中国石油自给能力不足,进口单一,石油战略储备尚未成熟等因素使得中国石油安全存在很大隐患。中国石油安全战略的核心是保证国内石油供应,应加强国内石油资源的勘探开发,同时使石油进口多元化,建立石油战略储备的法制体系。The petroleum security is equal to the security problems of the external petroleum rescources supplies. The increase of Chinese petroleum output isn＇t plenty, but the increase of consumption is huge, so the difference between the petroleum supplies and demands is more and more bigger. Many factors have made the dangerous about the Chinese petroleum security. Such as the deficient in Chinese petroleum self-supplies, the singularity about the import, the short of the petroleum strategy reserve, and so on.. The core of the Chinese petroleum security strategies is to ensure the domestic petroleum supplies. We should enhance the survey and development of the domestic petroleum, and make the import multiplicity, and found the law system of the petroleum strategy reserve.
