摘　　要：为了从西部生态环境的现状出发,根据可持续发展的构成要素,建立可持续发展系统的模型,运用系统思维分析该模型,阐述了生态环境不仅是可持续发展系统的组成部分,更是可持续发展的重要载体的关系,并进一步从技术创新、制度创新、产业生态创新方面,提出西部地区生态环境可持续发展的对策和建议。：Based on the situat-ion of ecological environment in the western regions, according to the forming factors of sustainable development,this paper establishes the model of sustainable development system, using the system thinking to analyse the model,expatiating the relationship that ecological environment not only is the part of sustainable development system,but also is sustainable development＇s important canner.Further more, this paper put forward some suggestion for the ecological enviroment＇ s sustainable development in west regions from these ways such as technology innovation, system innovation, ecology renovation.
