论民办学校法人财产权制度的建立及意义

摘　　要：为了进一步促进民办学校的可持续发展,民办学校必须建立法人财产权制度。民办学校法人财产权制度是民办学校对其资产享有的占有、使用、收益以及有条件处分权利的保证体系。它是民办学校发展的客观要求,这一制度的建立对于规范民办学校各方主体的行为,建立科学的管理体制有极强的现实意义。In order to further promote the sustainable development of non-government schools, the legal property fights system must be established in these schools. This system guarantees the schools in ownership, usage, gaining profits and conditional management of their properties. It is an objective requirements for the development of these schools. The establishment of this system is of great significance to the standardizing of the conductions for each party in the schools, and to the establishment of scientific management.
