摘  要:测定水中钠的含量,ICP-AES具有直接进样、测量稳定、校准曲线线性范围宽等特点;而原子吸收光谱法需要加入消电离剂硝酸铯或氯化铯,实际操作麻烦。该方法经过t检验证明与标准方法无显著性差异,加标回收率为96.9%—104%,可以代替原子吸收光谱法,相对标准偏差各为0.7%、0.8%。Comparing two methods to determine the content of sodium in water by AAS and ICP-AES,ICP-AES has the advantage of direct feeding,stable determining and wide range of working curve. The atomic absorption spectrophotometry needs the addition of de-ionization such as cesium nitrite or cesium chloride, so it is not convenient in practice. The t-test shows there is no notable difference between these two methods. The ICP-AES method may replace atomic absorption spectrophotometry method. The recovery is in the range of 96.9%-104% with the RSD of 0. 7% and 0.8 %,respectively.
