摘 要:目的:了解南昌市部分人群血清流感抗体水平,为流感的预防和了解病毒变异提供重要依据。方法:分别于2005年9~10月和2006年4~5月采集南昌市正常人群血清281份,应用近二年江西省CDC分离出的流感毒株,以微量半加敏血凝抑制方法进行抗体水平检测。结果:在流感病毒流行高峰期前后,南昌市一般人群血清流感H3N2亚型抗体阳性率为最高,9~10月为69.57%;4—5月为68.67%。H1N1亚型抗体阳性率和B型抗体阳性率有升高的趋势,H1N1亚型从44.35%上升为61.44%;B(维多利亚系)从39.13%上升为44.58%;B(巴拿马系)从46.96%上升为50.00%。结论:南昌市一般人群中H3N2亚型抗体阳性率为最高,今后需密切关注流感病毒抗原可能会发生的变异,加强流感病原学和正常人群抗体水平监测。Objective:To study the serum antibody levels of influenza in Nanchang to provide the important basis for the prevention and study of the virus variation of influenza. Methods:Collecting 281 serum specimens from general people in Nanchang in September to October in 2005 and April to May in 2006, using the virus strains of influenza isolation by Jiangxi CDC in recent years. Hemagglutination - inhibition test was used to detect antibody levels. Results: Around the incidence peak of influenza, the positive rate of H3 N2 sebtype antibody was the highest, it was 69.57% in September to October and 68.67% in April to May. The positive rate of H1N1 sebtype and B type antibody was relatively rising,and H1N1 sebtype positive rate was from 44. 35% to 61.44%, B(Victoria) from 39.13% to 44. 58% and B(Yamagata) from 46. 96% to 50. 00%. Conclusion:The positive rate of H3N2 sebtype antibody is the highest, we should pay more attention to the antigen variation of influenza. It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of influenza pathogenicity and antibody level in general people.
