摘  要:本文详细介绍了一种采用USB通信接口设计的数据采集系统。此系统以高速、高可靠、可在线编程的单片机STC9C516RD+为主控制器件,配以美国Silicon公司的USB转UART桥接芯片CP2102,实现了数据采集系统与上位机的USB通信。利用Keil C51开发工具μVision2的集成开发环境和VC++编写了单片机与上位机的通信协议。实验证明,该系统的设计具有低成本、高集成度和设计简单等优点,能够完成单片机和上位机之间准确、快速的数据传输,适于便携式电子设备的开发应用。A data acquisition system using USB communication was introduced in this paper in details. The STC89CS16RD+ with the features of high speed, high reliability, and ISP support served as the main controller of the system and worked in cooperation with CP2102 , which was a singlechip USB to UART data transfer IC made by Silicon company. The design completed USB communication with host computer using the data acquisition system. The μVision2 IDE of Keil C51 development tool and VC++ were used to develop the protocols for communication between MCU and PC. The results of experiments show that the data acquisition system can achieve exact and fast data transmission between MCU and host computer, and has the advantage of low-cost, high-integration, simple-design etc, which is suitable for the development and application of portable electronic equipment.
