摘　　要：阐述了甘薯品种、生产和加工方面的综合开发与利用状况,指出提高甘薯育种的科研水平,加强甘薯种植技术研究与推广,拓宽和深化以甘薯为原料的产品研究与开发,全面(提升甘薯产业的产业化水平,是甘薯产业可持续发展的关键。The comprehensive development and utilization of sweet potato in the respects of variety, production and processing were expatiated. It is put forward that the key to sustainable development for sweet potato industry is improving the scientific research on sweet potato breeding, strengthening the research and popularization for planting technique of sweet potato, widening and deepening the research and development of products with sweet potato as raw material, enhancing the industrialization level of sweet potato allsidedly.
