摘　　要：介绍在WTO的框架下,我国政府经过数年的时间对信息政策进行调整,取得了一系列的效果,从信息政策体系的基本形成、政策环境与投资环境、市场结构的构建、进出口贸易格局、国内企业竞争力提升等方面进行总结;同时分析今后信息政策还应该在加强企业创新能力、防范各种贸易壁垒以及运用法律武器保护本国企业等方面有所加强。According to the regulations frame of WTO, Chinese government has been adjusting the country＇s information policies during the past four years. The article holds that these policies have obtained a series of positive effects in the formation of information policy system, policy and investment environment, construction of market structure, trade pattern and competition power of the domestic enterprises. It also mentions that the information policy still need be enhanced in innovation ability, trade bulwark and protection approaches of the domestic enterprises with legislative means.
