摘　　要：结合有关数据分析江苏省咨询业发展的现状、劣势与不足,并对发展的战略环境进行SWOT矩阵分析。江苏省咨询业的发展在规模、效益和产业结构等方面取得显著成效,同时在地区发展差异、人才结构和市场需求等方面存在明显缺陷,动态分析江苏省咨询业发展的现状,掌握最新发展情况,以期为研究江苏省咨询业发展的影响因素和提出各项具体对策提供参考。According to the relevant data, this article analyzes the current status, disadvantages and shortcomings of the consulting industry in Jiangsu province. Then it makes use of the matrix of SWOT to analyze the strategic environment of consulting industry in Jiangsu Province. The paper also points out that a dynamic analysis of current situation of the consulting industry would provide a positive reference for the development of consulting industry in Jiangsu province.
