摘 要:采用复合引发体系(氧化-还原体系和V-50复合),根据水溶液自由基聚合反应合成了丙烯酰胺、丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的共聚物。用正交实验研究了单体浓度、引发剂用量等对聚合反应的影响。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:单体浓度25%、氧化还原引发剂浓度0.015%、V-50浓度0.075%、单体配比(质量比)为2∶1∶1,在此条件下,制得了特性粘度[η]达16 dL/g的聚合物。The copolymers of acrylamide with acrylamide, methyl acryloyloxyethy trimethyl ammonium chloride and acryloyloxyethy trimethyl ammonium chloride as flocculant used in sludge-dewatering have been prepared by free radical polymerization in aqueous solution, by using K2S2O8-NaHSO3 and V-50 compound initiation system. The major factors affecting the polymerization reaction were investigated, including the concentration of monomer and the amount of initiator. And the best polymerization conditions were found out with the method of orthogonal design. When m (AM) : m ( AETMAC ) : m ( DMC ) = 2 : 1: 1, the monomer concentration is 25 % , the initiator fraction is 0.015 %, the V-50 fraction is 0.075 %. Under these conditions can attain polymer with characteristic viscosity of 16 dL/g .
