摘　　要：综述了近年来免疫荧光分析的研究进展,介绍了常用的免疫荧光体和它们的优缺点;对于荧光体与生物分子的结合方法,介绍了较常用的基团与生物分子的结合的方法;介绍了免疫荧光复合物常用的分离纯化方法及适用的体系、优缺点等;对免疫荧光标记复合物的重要表征手段和特点进行了介绍。The thesis is about the progress on research of immunolabeUing technique. The paper introduces the usual immunological luminophore and their advantages and disadvantages;for the connecting method of luminoph ore and biological molecular, the connecting method of biological molecular and in common use radical is introduced;the method of separation and purification of composite materials, practical system, advantages and disadvantages are introduced, as well as the major ways of characterization means and self features are reviewed.
