20%氰戊菊酯微乳剂的研制

摘　　要：以起始外观、冷藏[（0±2）℃,7d]外观、热贮[（54±2）℃,14d]外观和稀释稳定性（1∶200倍液）合格和流动性好为标准,通过对不同表面活性剂、助剂、助溶剂、水的配方筛选,得到20%氰戊菊酯微乳剂的最佳制剂配方为：氰戊菊酯20%,丁醇-二甲苯（1∶1）用量20%,乳化剂为农乳500^#-602^#p,用量18%,水余量.该微乳剂经（54±2）℃贮存14 d,平均分解率为1.0%;0～5℃贮存12个月,经时稳定性合格.The text introduced the consisting and preparation method of microemulsion for 20% fenvalerate. According to the standard of transparent appearance of initial preparation cold storage [ （0 ± 2） ℃, 7 d], heat storage [ （54 ＋ 2） ℃, 14 d] and eligible dilution stability（ 1：200 fluid） and good mobility, we have carried out the screening tests recipes of 20% fenvalerate microemulsion using different surfactants, solvents,co-solvents and water. Screening tests recipes： fenvalerate 20% ;butyl alcohol and xylene （1： 1） 20% ;emulsifying agent （500^#-602^#p） 18% ;water else. Heat storaged 14 d at （54±：2） ℃ ,decomposed rate less than 1.0% ;cold storaged 12 months at 0 -5 ℃ ,the of long-term stability is good.
