摘 要:按照0.05%的用量,在0#柴油中加入CDWL释氢微爆柴油增效消烟剂,在全负荷速度特性以及额定转速负荷特性下,进行道路行车试验和台架试验,考查使用柴油增效消烟剂后对发动机功率、扭矩、耗油率、排放烟度的影响。实验表明,使用CDWL释氢微爆增效消烟剂对节约能源和保护环境具有显著的效果。台架试验中,发动机最大节油率为6.43%,平均节油率为4.17%;功率最大增加10.60%,平均增加5.12%;扭矩最大增加7.51%,平均增加4.56%;烟度降低30.91%;排烟温度平均下降20℃。行车试验中最大节油率为13.40%,平均节油率为12.10%。Synthesizing a new kind of diesel synergize and smoke limited additives. With 0.05% volume ratio mixes in the diesel, carrying out the vehicles road test and the bench scale test. Examined in the capacity load velocity characteristic as well as under the rated speed load characteristic, the effect of using CDWL-hydrogen liberated and micro-explosion diesel synergize and smoke limited additives to the engine power, the torque, the oil consumption rate, discharges smoke rate were investigated. The test indicated that after using the CDWL-hydrogen liberated and micro-explosion diesel synergize and smoke limited additives, in bench scale test, the oil consumption rate can reduce 6.43% in max and 4.17% in average; in vehicles road test,the oil consumption rate can reduce 13.40% in max and 12.10% in average;the engine power can increase 10.60% in max and 5.12% in average;the torque can increase 7.51% in max and 4.56% in average;the smoke ratio can reduced 30.91% ;the engine discharges fume the temperature equally to drop 20 ℃ in average ; the data indicated that the using of this synergize and smoke limited additives have the tangible effect to saving the energy and the protecting the environment.
