摘　　要：通过对西方国家中医立法和中医高等教育发展现状的观察和分析,说明中医药国际化已经进入高层次发展阶段,并将对中医药现代化的发展趋势产生重要影响,由此揭示出随着国际化的发展,中医现代化将带来世界新医学的产生。By observing and analyzing the current situation of Chinese medicine （CM） legislation and higher education in western countries, the paper discusses that the internationalization of CM has entered an advanced developing stage, which will greatly influence the trends of CM modernization. The author indicates that with the development of CM internationalization, CM modernization will bring a new medicine to the world.
