摘  要:目的研究异亚丙基莽草酸(ISA)对光化学损伤诱导的脑缺血模型大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法采用静脉注射玫瑰红与冷光源照射感觉运动皮层相结合的方法诱导大鼠脑缺血,连续灌胃给予大鼠ISA30d后,通过Morris水迷宫对其进行定位航行及空间搜索测试。结果光化学损伤诱导的脑缺血模型大鼠出现明显的学习记忆障碍,定位航行实验中其逃避潜伏期明显长于假手术组;在空间搜索实验中,模型组大鼠游泳初始角度显著大于假手术组。ISA连续给药30d可不同程度地缩短逃避潜伏期,并减小初始角度。结论以上结果表明,ISA大剂量(100mg/kg)连续灌胃给药,可提高光化学损伤诱导的脑缺血大鼠对水迷宫学习记忆的获取能力及对平台空间位置记忆的保持能力。Objective To study the influence of 3,4-oxo-isopropylidene -shikimic acid (ISA) on learning and memory abilities of rats with cerebral ischemia induced by photochemical injury. Methods The rat cerebral ischemia was induced by intravenous injection of rose bengal integrated with cold light source irradiation on sensorimotor cortex. After continuous intragastric administration of ISA to rats for 30 days the abilities of localization sail and spatial search were tested by Morris water maze (MWM). Results The model rats of cerebral ischemia induced by photochemical injury showed obvious disorders of learning and memory abilities. The escape latency of the model group in localization sail test was longer than that of the sham-operation group. In spatial search test the swimming initial angle of the model group was larger than that of the sham - operation group. The continuous administration of ISA for 30 days shortened escape latency and reduced the mitial angle in various degrees. Conclusion High dose of ISA ( 100 mg/kg) can improve the abilities of learning and memory and spatial position memory of rats with cerebral ischemia induced by photochemical injury.
