摘 要:世界经济发展经过了一个文化与产业不断接近以至融合甚至部分重合的过程。文化产业的出现,标志着“文化经济”这一新的经济类型或者经济发展模式的诞生;“文化经济”应该是一种“人文化的知识经济,”即一种在世性与神性追求双赢的知识经济。作为世贸组织的成员,中国政府发展与管理文化产业,应该将自己放在全面的文化开放平台上,按照世贸规则调整和重构中国的交往理念、制度形态和法律文化,提高中国文化的核心竞争力;用竞争促发展的眼光和文化生态主义的思想范式充分发挥“后发现代化国家”的后发优势,为经济全球化下的中国文化建设与文化产业的健康发展提供强大的原动力。The development of world economy has undergone a process of culture and industry unceasingly approaching, birth of "the should be a being integrated and even overlapped partially.
