摘　　要：介绍了金刚石晶体的特性和金刚石刀具在超精密加工中的重要作用,对金刚石刀具的刃磨特点进行了探讨,并通过刃磨试验对刃磨方向和刃磨参数的选择进行了研究。The properties of the diamond crystal and importance of the diamond tool in the ultra-precision machining are introduced. The grinding characteristics of the diamond tool are discussed and the selection for grinding direction and grinding parameters is studied with the grinding experiments.
