摘 要:该文介绍了噬菌体cDNA展示文库技术的原理和发展,以及由多种载体构建的cDNA展示文库的特点,重点阐述最早应用于噬菌体展示技术的丝状噬菌体M13以及目前广泛应用的入噬菌体。作为噬菌体展示文库技术的分支,噬菌体cDNA展示文库技术广泛应用于各种天然配体一受体相互作用的研究,是研究各种寄生虫的结构与功能的基础,在寄生虫病诊断与致病机制研究及疫苗开发与药物研制等方面发挥重要作用。The principles and development of phage display of cDNA library are elucidated here, as well as the characteristics of various phagemid vectors used to construct the cDNA expression library. The review is focused on the filamentous phage M13 which was firstly used in phage display system and h phage widely used currently. Being a branch of phage display libraries, cDNA expression library is widely used in the investigation on the natural ligand-receptor interactions. It is the foundation for studying the structures and functions of various parasites and plays an important role in the diagnosis of parasitosis, pathogenic mechanism investigation, vaccine development and drug research.
