摘 要:目的:探讨有氧运动对高血压患者血小板表面活化分子标志蛋白及血小板聚集率的影响。方法:高血压患者110例分为运动组50例和对照组60例,均按常规降压治疗,运动组同时增加每周5次,每次30min的中等量有氧运动。治疗前后测定2组患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62P、CD61的阳性百分率及血小板聚集率。结果:治疗4个月后,运动组收缩压和舒张压(141±4.6、86±4.3mmHg)明显低于对照组(157±3.7、95±3.3mmHg,P<0.05);血小板膜上CD62P阳性百分率分别为(10.2±2.1与16.3±3.1,P<0.01),CD61阳性百分率分别为(13.2±2.7与22.3±2.6,P<0.01);血小板聚集率分别为(55.6±3.6与64.4±4.6,P<0.01)。结论:有氧运动能够降低高血压患者血小板表面活化受体分子的密度和血小板聚集,改善高血压的血栓前状态。Objective: To explore the effects of aerobic exercise on platelet membrane glycoproteins in patients with hypertension. Methods: 110 patients with primary hypertension were divided into exercise group (n= 50) and control group (n= 60). The exercise with moderate intensity was 30 min per session, 5 sessions every week for 4 months. The platelet membrane glycoproteins CD62P and CD61 ( Ⅲ a) were determined by flow cytometric analysis and platelet aggregating ratio was measured before and after regular aerobic exercise. Results: After 4 months of aerobic exercise, the blood pressure(mmHg) (SBP: 157±3.7 vs141±4.6 mmHg,P〈0.05; DBP: 95±3.3 vs86±4.3 mmHg,P〈0.01), the positive percent of platelet membrane glycoproten CD62P (%) (16. 3 ± 3. 1 vs 10. 2 ± 2. 1, P 〈 0. 01), CD61(Ⅲa) (%) (22.3±2.6 vs 13.2±2. 7,P〈0.01) and platelet aggregating ratio (%) (64.4±4. 6 vs 55.6± 3.6, P〈0.01 )in aerobic exercise group were significantly decreased as compared with those of control group. Conclusion: Regular aerobic exercise can decrease the positive percent of platelet membrane glycoproteins and platelet aggregating ratio in patients with primary hypertension.
