摘 要:采用外周血淋巴细胞培养法制备染色体标本,对金定鸭染色体核型和G带带型进行研究。结果表明:①金定鸭体细胞染色体数目(2n)为78,染色体基本臂数为84(舍)或83(旱),1号染色体为亚中央着丝粒染色体,2号染色体为中央着丝粒染色体,Z染色体具有明显的短臂,属亚端着丝粒染色体,其余常染色体和W性染色体均为端着丝粒染色体;性染色体按由大到小顺序排列:Z为4号,W为7~8号。②金定鸭的G带带型,前10对大染色体可分为131条带。Utilizing a technique for the culture of peripheral blood lymphocyte, chromosome preparations were made of Jinding ducks, and the karyotype and G-banded patterns of Jinding ducks were analyzed. The result of karyotype analysis showed that the diploid chromosome number of Jingding duck was 2n= 78, the total number of chromosome arms were 84 ( ♂ ) or 83 ( ♀), and the No. 1 chromosome was submetacentric, No. 2 chromosome was metacentrics, Z-chromosome was a subtelocentric chromosome, with an obviously short arm, W-chromosome and the other autosomes were telcentrics. According to the measured relative length, Z-chromosome was the No. 4, W-chromosome was ranked between No. 7 and No. 8. Study on Jingding ducks' G-bands showed that the first 10 pairs of macrochromosomes could be divided into 131 bands.
