摘　　要：本文从水利作为国民经济的基础产业出发，论述了兴水利在我国国民经济中的地位，以及对实现农业可持续发展的作用．The role of construction of conservancy engineering in the national economy and thefunction of conservancy in realization of the sustainable development in agriculture are presentedand discussed based on the idea that conservancy is the basic industry in the national economy.
