摘  要:目的:将薄层色谱法与 X 射线衍射法联合用于黄连上清丸中成药的鉴定。方法:依据2000年版中国药典一部的薄层扫描含量测定方法,点于同一硅胶 G 薄层板上,以苯-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-异丙醇-水(20:10:5:5:1)为展开剂,氨蒸气饱和,进行荧光扫描,波长入=366nm,采用外标两点法测定计算;并采用 X 射线 Fourier 指纹图谱分析方法,分别对3个厂家的黄连上清丸样品进行测定,粉末 X-衍射的条件为 CuKα,管压40kV,管流150mA,扫描步长0.02°,扫描速度8°·min^(-1)。结果:获得了黄连上清丸中小檗碱的薄层扫描含量及黄连上清丸的 X 射线 Fourier 指纹图谱。结论:2种谱学方法的联合使用,可以获得中成药整体结构特征与药典指定的部分化学成分分析。Objective: To identify TCM Huanglianshangqing pill by thin - layer chromatography and powder X - ray diffraction. Method: Thin - layer chromatography scanning directed by Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000, diffused by benzene - acetal - methanol - isopropyl alcohol - water (20:1 O: 5: 5: 1 ) mixed solvent, saturated by ammonia vapor,scanned at the wavelength 366 nm, calculated by outer two - point maker method ; The X - ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern was adopted to determine Huanglianshangqing pill samples which come from three different manufactories. The X- ray experiment condition shown as: CuKα, tube voltage 40 kV, tube current 150 mA, scan step 0. 02°, scan speed 8°· min^-1. Results:Thin -layer chromatography scanning content of berberine in Huanglianshangqing pill was obtained. X - ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern of Huanglianshangqing pill was also obtained. Conclusion:It is good that two methods was combined to achieve the whole structure character and to analyze partial chemical component specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
