摘  要:目的:考察不同品种、不同采摘时间和不同种植基地桑叶中绿原酸、芦丁和异槲皮苷的含量差异。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以 Zorbax SB C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分离柱,90%乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱[0 min,A-B(12:88);10 min,A-B(16:84);20 min,A-B(20:80);30 min,A-B(25:75)],流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长358 nm。结果:不同种植基地的桑叶中绿原酸、芦丁和异槲皮苷的含最有一定的差异;不同品种和采摘时间的桑叶中上述三成分含量差异较大。结论:桑叶中绿原酸、芦丁、异槲皮苷的含量与种植基地、采摘季节、品种等有关,其中尤以季节和品种影响较大。Objective:To compare the content of chlorogenic acid,rutin and isoquercitrln in Folium Morl from different collection time, varieties and plant sites. Method:The contents of chlorogenic acid, rutin and isoquercitrin were determined by RP -HPLC. Zorbax SB C ls column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5 μm)was used as analysis column, the mobile phase was 90% acetonitrile (A) - 0. 2% phosphoric acid (B) with gradient elution [ 0 min, A - B ( 12:88 ) 10 min, A - B ( 16: 84) ;20 min, A - B (20: 80) ; 30 rain, A - B (25: 75 ) ]. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^ - 1, the detection wavelength was set at 358 nm. Result:The contents of three components changed at some degree in um Mori from different plant sites, while the contents varied obviously among Folium Mori from different collection time and different varieties. Conclusion:The contents of three components are influenced by collected time, plant site, and varieties, especially by collected season and varieties.
