摘　　要：建立心可宁胶囊中丹参素的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法,色谱柱：Dirmonsil C18;流动相：甲醇-水-二甲基甲酰胺-冰醋酸（2∶95∶2∶1）;检测波长：280nm。丹参素钠线性范围为5.94μg.mL^-1~118.80μg.mL^-1,r=0.9999。平均回收率为96.9%,RSD为1.8%（n=6）。方法可靠,简单可行,为控制心可宁胶囊的内在质量提供了科学依据。A HPLC method for determination of Danshensu in Xinkening Capsules was established. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol, water, dimethylfornanide and acetic acid （2 ： 95 ： 2 ： 1）. The detection wavelength was set at 280nm The column temperature was 40℃. The linear calibration range was 5.94μg·mL^-1- 118.80μg · mL^-1 and the average recovery was 96.9% with RSD=1.8% （n=6）. The method is simple, reliable and could be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
