摘 要:目的研究大蒜多糖C对正常小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法30只昆明种小鼠随机分为正常对照组及大蒜多糖C组(800mg/kg ig,qd×12),应用流式细胞术检测小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的百分比和CD4+/CD8+值。结果大蒜多糖C组小鼠外周血T、B、CD4+T淋巴细胞百分比较正常对照组均明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),CD8+及NK1.1+T淋巴细胞百分比无显著性变化(P>0.05),而CD4+/CD8+值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论大蒜多糖C可使正常小鼠外周血T、B淋巴细胞含量增加,增强机体的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。Objective To study the effects of garlic polysaccharide C on the peripheral-blood lymphocyte subsets in normal mice. Methods 30 kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups:normal control group and garlic polysaccharide C-treated group(800mg/kg ig,qd x 12). The peripheral-blood lymphocyte subsets percentages and the CD4 ^+/CD8^ + ratio was measured by the flow cytometry. Results Compared with normal control group, the percentages of the T, B lymphocyte and the CD4^+ T lymphocyte in the peripheralblood in garlic polysaccharide C-treated mice were siginificantly increased( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), followed by the ratio of CD4^ +/CD8^+ rising(P 〈 0.05). However, the percentages of CD8^+ and NK1.1^+ T lymphocyte showed no obvious difference between the control and the treated groups(P 〉0.05 ). Conclusion Garlic polysaccharide C can increase the percentages of the T, B lymphocyte in the peripheral blood in mice, and enhance cell immunity and humoral immune function.
