不典型肝脓肿的低场MRI诊断(附13例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨不典型肝脓肿在低场MRI中的表现特征。方法回顾性分析13例经病理、临床证实为不典型肝脓肿的MRI表现。结果①所有病灶均位于肝脏边缘部分;②楔形征像;③在增强扫描的动脉期、静脉期和延迟期分别依次出现楔形强化、分隔状强化和延迟强化、“花瓣”征。结论上述征象为不典型肝脓肿在低场MRI中的特征表现。T2WI脂肪抑制序列和动态增强扫描对鉴别诊断有价值。Objective To investigate the MRI features of atypical hepatic abscess on low field of MR. Methods MRI findings in 13 atypical hepatic abscess patients which were proven by pothology and clinical were retrospectively analysed. Results All focuses of infection lay in edge of liver, displaying sector sign, sector en- hancement, separating enhancement, delayed enhancement and petallike sign were found in turn during arteral phase ,venous phase and delayed phase by MR dynamic enhancement scanning. Conclusion The authors believed that the above mentioned are characteristic features of atypical hepatic abscess on low field of MR . TIR T2 WI and MR dynamic enhancement scanning are very valuable for the differential diagnosis of atypical hepatic abscess.
